The MB.326 is a two seat trainer/light-attack aircraft and is one of the most widely training aircraft in the world meeting with some considerable commercial success. Used by the AMI and exported to many countries, both as a trainer and a strike aircraft, the MB.326 has been considered a complete aeronautical success. Using the latest equipment available, the MB.326 re-established the reputation of Macchi and the Italian aircraft industry in general. Possessing good flight characteristics and no vices, it paved the way for the MB.339A.
