Several less popular browsers can't display cyrilic font when encoding is set to Western European. Currently header has following code:
After small change to this code all should be happy and problems should be removed.

I still have problems With the codification. And i use Explorer 7.
I used this webbrosers all this years and i hadnґt any problem with codifictaion until two weeks ago

I'm useing Mozilla Firefox 3.0.6 and I have also the same problem.

You probably don't have Cyrillic installed. Go to Control panel, Regional and Language Options, advanced tab and see if you have checked ANSI 1250 - Central Europe, ANSI 1251 - Cyrillic, OEM 855 - Cyrillic, OEM 866 Russian.
If you don't have this in the list go to Add/Remove Windows Components and install Cyrillic in Languages. You will need Installation disc.

Try this:

Go to your profile - change language from english to russian - save and go back to Index - problem solved.

I can confirm that solution is to change language settings. Strange because I had English set from the beginning and all worked without problems. At least I see normal letters not strange glyphs

Problem started when the board was moved on a new server.

It seems that server has enabled default encoding set ISO-8859-1. If this is true, server admin should remove it for proper display of cyrilic font when forum language is set to English. I'm not sure if Hohlik is able to convince him.
